The committee audits all church financial records, and is responsible for making recommendations for changes in procedures if necessary.
The committee provides technical support in the areas of sound, lighting, visual effects and recording for Church functions. The committee inspects all equipment and makes recommendations for acquisitions of new equipment. The committee is responsible for training new staff.
The committee provides administration and maintenance of the church cemetery. Administration includes conducting transactions such as transferring ownership of burial plots, scheduling the opening and closing of gravesites, and overseeing the maintenance of the grounds. The committee also performs annual inspections of the cemetery grounds.
The committee provides oversight for Sunday School, small groups, VBS, AWANA, Children’s church and other ministries. The committee also appoints qualified teachers and provides training.
The committee serves to maintain the appearance of the interior and exterior décor, including seasonal decorations and special events.
The committee provides maintenance and improvements to the primary church building as required. This involves inspections of the main building and parking lot. The committee will make repairs when possible, or arrange for professional repair. The committee coordinates completion of special projects and makes recommendations to the church board as required.
This committee provides for the availability of trained personnel to staff the kitchen. The kitchen committee inspects the equipment and makes recommendations for maintenance or improvements.
The committee maintains all aspects the church library.
