• Audit Committee

The committee audits all church financial records, and is responsible for making recommendations for changes in procedures if necessary.

• Audio-Visual/Technical Committee

The committee provides technical support in the areas of sound, lighting, visual effects and recording for Church functions. The committee inspects all equipment and makes recommendations for acquisitions of new equipment. The committee is responsible for training new staff.

• Cemetery Committee

The committee provides administration and maintenance of the church cemetery. Administration includes conducting transactions such as transferring ownership of burial plots, scheduling the opening and closing of gravesites, and overseeing the maintenance of the grounds. The committee also performs annual inspections of the cemetery grounds.

• Christian Education Committee

The committee provides oversight for Sunday School, small groups, VBS, AWANA, Children’s church and other ministries. The committee also appoints qualified teachers and provides training.

• Church Beautification Committee

The committee serves to maintain the appearance of the interior and exterior décor, including seasonal decorations and special events.

• Church Building Committee

The committee provides maintenance and improvements to the primary church building as required. This involves inspections of the main building and parking lot. The committee will make repairs when possible, or arrange for professional repair. The committee coordinates completion of special projects and makes recommendations to the church board as required.

• Kitchen Committee

This committee provides for the availability of trained personnel to staff the kitchen. The kitchen committee inspects the equipment and makes recommendations for maintenance or improvements.

• Library Committee

The committee maintains all aspects the church library.

• Office Building and Youth Center Committee

The committee works to provide maintenance for the office building and youth center. The committee either makes repairs or arranges for a contractor to make necessary repairs. The committee makes recommendations for any significant maintenance or improvement.

• Parsonage Committee

The committee works to provide maintenance for the two parsonages. The committee either makes repairs or arranges for a contractor to make necessary repairs. The committee makes recommendations for any significant maintenance or improvements.

• Personnel Committee

The committee helps select individuals to serve in the ministries and committees available at Grace Church.

• Nursery Committee

The committee is to provide nursery care during various services. The committee inspects the nursery rooms and equipment, provides maintenance, recommends improvements, and maintains the nursery policy and standard practices manual. The committee cleans the toys in the room and provides training to individuals responsible for nursery care.
