1.The family's foundation is the fear of the Lord. (v.7)

2.The family is critical to God's plan for the world. (v.8)

3.Children's submission to parents is critical to family function. (v.8)

4.The family is where children learn how to live in the world. (v. 8)

5.Dad and Mom are both responsible for family instruction. (v.8)

6.You can bless your children for the rest of their lives by the instruction that you give them today. (v.9)
