Paraphrase of Romans 1:18-23
"Apart from the gospel, the whole world lies under the wrath of God. Consider the Gentiles first. All men have some knowledge of God, since God reveals Himself in His creation. But the pagan Gentiles, by rejecting this knowledge, have debased religion into idolatry."
