Grace Digs Four Ugandan Wells

Thanks to all who donated to the recent Ugandan wells project. We raised $22,000, which is the exact amount needed to drill four wells. When each well is drilled, the villagers will come together to drink the safe, clean water and celebrate. Part of the celebration is a showing of the “Jesus Film” and the placement of a plaque, citing Grace Church of Harmony as the sponsor of the well. Thanks for being part of this important project.

Second Sunday Social

Come join in for food and fellowship on Sunday, December 14 directly after second service. Please bring a food item to share with others—NO NUTS.

Day of Prayer

On December 15, we invite everyone to participate in a Day of Prayer focused on: Unity in our church body, Wisdom and discernment for the Consistory and Pastoral Search Committee. The future candidate God is preparing. Consider a day of private fasting to focus your prayers. In Matthew 6, Jesus reminds us to fast with a sincere heart—not for public display. Join us at 7:00 PM for a 30-minute time of prayer. All are welcome, whether or not you choose to fast.

Red Kettle Bell Ringing

Please consider giving an hour of your time to help raise donations for the Salvation Army. Ring with your family or friends and bring some extra cheer to the season! The GCOH date is Monday, Dec 22 at Bi-Lo. More information is available in the Welcome Center.

Cookie Baking and Decorating

The women's ministry will be having a cookie baking and decorating night Fri Dec 12th 6p-8p. This is for women and girls to come and fellowship as we make cookies that will be delivered and enjoyed during the Christmas caroling event. Any questions please contact Autumn Bupp 412-370-2751.

Christmas Caroling

Please come out and make a joyful noise as we carol to our shut-ins and local nursing homes on Saturday, December 13th. We will meet at the church at 12:30 for cookies and hot cocoa before getting into groups and heading out at 1:15. This is a great way to share Jesus and the joy of Christmas with our community. There is a sign-up sheet in the welcome center. Questions, please contact Heather Sharek 267-223-5755.

Christmas Cantata

Join us December 21st at 7:00 p.m. or Christmas Eve, December 24th, at 7:00 p.m., as we celebrate the birth of our Lord. Join us for this special evening of Christmas music and worship.
