YOUTH MINISTRY

CrossTrainers Youth Ministry
For Students in Grades 7–12

CrossTrainers is our youth ministry for students in grades 7 through 12. Our mission is to help students grow spiritually by focusing on God’s Word and the good news of the gospel. We do this through a variety of activities that encourage discipleship, fellowship, service, and evangelism.

During the School Year
We meet on Sunday nights from 6:00–8:00 PM for worship, Bible study, and games. Midweek small groups also gather on Wednesdays from 6:30–8:00 PM, offering a more personal space for connection and spiritual growth.

Summer Activities
In the summer, we shift gears with outdoor adventures and relaxed hangouts to deepen friendships. Past activities have included hiking, canoeing, bowling, and paintball.

Serving Together
Service is an important part of what we do. Throughout the year, we find ways to give back—serving meals at the New Castle City Rescue Mission, participating in our annual Labor of Love leaf-raking event, or setting up sundae bars for church gatherings.

Winter Retreat
A highlight of our year is the Winter Retreat at Seneca Hills Bible Camp each February. It’s a weekend packed with cabin competitions, fun, and most importantly—time set aside to dive deeper into God’s Word through our retreat speaker.
