Second Sunday Social

Come join in for food and fellowship on Sunday, October 12 directly after second service. Please bring a food item to share with others—NO NUTS.

Two water wells to be dug…. let’s dig another!

We’re four weeks into our Ugandan water well project, and we’ve raised $14,165! Our goal was $5,500. This means that, not only can we drill the one well we planned for, but we can dig a second! To dig a third, we need to raise another $2,335. So, we’re going to give it one more Sunday…. today. If we raise enough today for a third well…great. Otherwise, the money above and beyond two wells will be used for maintenance of existing wells. If you would like to be a part of this project to make villagers’ lives healthier with clean water, you may give by specifying the amount of your donation on your regular collection envelope, by using the special envelopes in the pew racks (put your name on it,) or by giving online. Thanks for sharing.

Life Chain

Please join us as we gather together as a Community and as a Nation to take a stand for LIFE! We will meet at the Park Church Gazebo on the corner of Grandview Ave. and Main Street, (Zelienople) on Sunday, October 5th from 2 - 3 pm. This public witness has been proven to change the hearts and minds of people on the issue of abortion and has even prevented mothers from obtaining one. Let your conviction and courage to stand for the unborn, be the Voice for the Voiceless. Everyone is welcome!

Help Wanted

Harmony's Sleepy Hollow Festival is on Saturday, October 11 from 10am-4pm. We plan to have a tent in front of the church on the square on Mercer Street. Please sign up for a one-hour time slot to be at our table to greet families. Serve with your family or friends! Our goal in participating is for our church to have a welcoming presence in the community. We can take this opportunity to introduce Grace to those who are visiting Harmony, with the hopes that they will return to attend our services or other programs! Please sign up in the Welcome Center. Have questions? Please contact Cheryl Prouty (330-219-6077).
