Cross Trainers Summer Kick-Off

CrossTrainers will meet for the Summer Kick-off, TONIGHT, July 6 from 5:30 - 8 PM at Moraine State Park. Pavilion 5 at the Lakeview Day use area has been reserved for the day. Please bring a snack or a drink to share. Pastor Nick will supply hot dogs, buns, condiments, paper products, cups, and water. Feel free to bring any outdoor games!

VBS Registration is Open

VBS Registration is now full except for grades 6-8/ "Wonder Junction" is our theme during the week of July 14-18 from 9:00-11:30 a.m. Children ages 4 through those who have completed eighth grade are invited to join! Registration forms are available in the welcome center or register online here: VBS 2025. CDs of the music are available for a $3 donation.

Donations needed for VBS crafts

Check your stash to see if we can help you clean out some extra supplies! Fiber Fill stuffing. Brown, grey, tan, or black yarn. People to help SEW some projects before July 14. Please contact Cheryl Prouty. Thank you!

Children’s Bell Choir

The Children’s Bell Choir is returning! On Sunday, July 13th, the children’s bell choir will present a song. Children age 4-grade 6 are invited to participate by coming to room 102 right after Sunday School at 10:30 a.m. on July 13th to practice the song with color coded cards and then present the song during the offering at the second morning service. Children will then return to room 102 to put away the bells and go to children’s church or back to sit with parents if older than third grade. Please encourage your child to participate.

CrossTrainers

On Saturday July 12th at 4:00 pm, CrossTrainers will be going to Mystery Mayhem Escapes & Axe Throwing to do an escape room. Please let Pastor Nick know if you are planning on coming, space is limited.

Senior Saints Picnic

Thursday, July 24th, 11:30 p.m. at the home of Brad & Elaine Wise (339 Mercer Rd., Harmony). Sign up in the Welcome Center. Please bring your own table service and a dish to share. Hamburgers, hot dogs and beverages will be provided.

Southwest Butler Food Cupboard

Donation items for July: canned fruit. Donations can be left in the bin in the portico or in the storage benches outside SWButler Food Cupboard at Zion Lutheran Church

Golf Outing

Men's golf outing put on by the men's ministry will be at Stoughton Acres golf course on August 17th . 1st tee time is 1:04. The cost is $32 per person (CASH ONLY at the course) and $5 per person to MM for food collected at course. More info to follow.
