4th Tuesday Prayer

Tuesday, August 25 at 7:00 pm in room B1 / Our church ministries cannot succeed apart from prayer. Our efforts at evangelism, teaching, and fellowship will transform lives to the degree that we pray! We are starting a new monthly 4th Tuesday prayer meeting starting this 4th Tuesday, August 25th and each consecutive 4th Tuesday after that. All are invited to meet together to pray specifically for the fruitfulness of our CHURCH MINISTRIES. Please join us! You may invite anyone else you would like to attend with you.

AWANA

Awana will begin on September 2nd from 6:15-8:00 p.m. each Wednesday night. Cubbies (two years before Kindergarten), Sparks (grades K-2) and TnT (grades 3-6) can come that night (or begin at a later date if necessary). Registration forms are available in the Welcome Center to fill out ahead of time and will be available on the first night of club. No need to pre-register. Please call Rick Voegtly at 412-812-1717 or Cindy Speck at 724-814-4508 with any questions or to volunteer to help with this important and exciting ministry!

Volunteers Needed

Grace Church is in need of volunteers for our infant nurseries and toddler room. We want to provide a safe and loving space for our littlest ones to play and be cared for while parents enjoy a Sunday School class and worship service. In order to do that we are asking for you to prayerfully consider giving your time a Sunday or two every 4 months. The schedule is open for Sept, Oct, Nov and Dec. and is available for signups in the Welcome Center just outside the sanctuary. If you have any questions or concerns you can see Lynn Fletcher-infant nursery, Jenny Shiever-toddler room or Gretchen McMichael, Sunday School Coordinator. We would be delighted to talk with you.

Directory Photos

Thank you, Grace Church, for helping make the 200th anniversary directory photos such a success! For those of you who were unable to have your photo taken, there is one more opportunity for you to be included in the directory. You can submit your own photo along with cash or check in the amount of $15 to the office. Checks should be made out to GCOH. Your photo can be submitted by dropping it off to the church office, or submitted electronically by emailing to officeadmin@gcoh.org. Electronic submission should be a .jpeg, .pdf, or .tif file and email at the largest size possible. If you are submitting an actual photo and need it to be returned, please indicate that when you drop it off. The deadline for submitting your own photo is September 8. Golf Outing

Men's Golf Outing put on by the Men's Ministry will be at Stoughton Acres Golf Course on September 6th. 1st tee time is 1:00. The cost is $40 per person (CASH ONLY) at the course. More info to follow.
